John Boehner Wasting Tax Payers Money

John Boehner presides over the least productive House of Representatives in the History of the United States.

He and the GOP came to power seeking government shut downs and has wasted over 24 Billion dollars in the process.

Republican Darrell Issa has wasted millions of dollars of tax payer money on endless witch hunts looking for anything to discredit President Obama.

Now John Boehner is pursuing frivolous lawsuit against President Obama which will cost American Tax Payers Millions.

These witch hunts and hate for President Obama seem to be motivated by sour grapes over loosing the 2008 and 2012 elections and an attempt by a sore loser party at petty political retribution.

What is most disturbing is that Republicans are refusing to do anything which might help the economy or the American people because they don’t want to do anything which might make President Obama look good.

USA Today published a scathing rebuke of John Boehner’s lawsuit stating “The lawsuit focuses solely on a small part of Obamacare, one that Republicans themselves would love to see delayed forever. A fair-minded look at the suit’s merits suggests it’s really more of a political grudge match, one in which the GOP is seeking an outcome it hasn’t been able to achieve at the polls or through the legislative process. For one thing, Obama’s temporary delay to part of the health law doesn’t seem much different from President George W. Bush’s action in 2006 to extend the deadline and waive penalties for certain seniors who hadn’t signed up in time for the new Medicare prescription drug program. Both presidents appeared to be making reasonable, short-term accommodations to reality, and courts have traditionally given the executive branch broad discretion in implementing complex new laws.”

House Republicans recently announced that U.S. taxpayers will pay a law firm $500 per hour to sue the President over the Affordable Care Act — but they still won’t vote to raise the minimum wage to $10.10 for working Americans.

This is seriously misplaced priorities.
